Rates for "Eagle's Cove" Family Home in Sunrise Beach:

Peak Season (7/1/05 - 9/6/05): $400/night (Fri, Sat, Sun); $375/night (during the week); $2200/week (6 nights).
On Season (5/13/05 - 6/30/05 & 9/7/05 - 10/3/05): $350/night (Fri, Sat, Sun); $300/night (during the week); $1800/week (6 nights).
Off season (10/4/05 - 5/12/06): $150/night (Fri, Sat, Sun); $100/night (during the week); $700/week (6 nights).
Please note: There is a 4 night minimum during Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day, and Labor Day Weekend. Per night charges are also higher during these weekends:
►Memorial Day Weekend
(5/26/05 - 5/31/05): $450/night
►4th of July Weekend (6/30/05 - 7/05/05):
$450/night
►Labor Day Weekend (9/1/05 - 9/6/05):
$450/night
We also require a security deposit equal to one night's stay (minimum $300), and a $90 cleaning fee per stay. Prices quoted above are subject to change without notice. The security deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival require full payment within 7 days. Two-night minimum stay year-round. All reservations are subject to a 3% occupancy tax.
