Pennsylvania Real Estate Agent Search

The colony of Pennsylvania originated in 1681 by a land grant from King Charles II to William Penn. The colony quickly became a “haven” for the Quakers, who were seeking refuge from English persecution. The colony was named “Penn’s woods”, and consisted of a 45,000 square-mile tract of land. Interestingly enough, today’s Pennsylvania Real Estate Agents are reporting high demand for many historic homes from the colonial period. Many of the homes from this period are still standing, and Pennsylvania residents are beginning to show more interest in their renovation.
